The house is located 2.5 km from Amarinthos. It has direct access from the highway (by road 90 km from Athens, 30 km from Chalkis and 10 km from Eretria). Via ferry boat Oropos-Eretria, the distance is 60 km from Athens.

It is built on a 2,650 m2 plot which runs in parallel with the sea and has direct access to its own 60 meters beach.

The house consists of two separate buildings with total area of 390 m2 which can sleep 10 to 14 people.

The property is offered for rent throughout the year, preferably for longer than 1 month periods.

Alternatively, any serious offer for purchase could be discussed.
